1. Q: I don't want Bandoo installed on all my Messengers. How can I install Bandoo on a particular messenger?
   
   A: Click the 'Start' button and locate the 'Bandoo'; folder under 'All Programs'.
   In this folder locate and click 'Bandoo Extensions' to open the extensions manager, in which you can easily manage your Bandoo extensions on different messengers and browsers.
2. Q: How do I Uninstall Bandoo?
   
   A: Please review the uninstall information page.
3. Q: I have SweetIM installed on my computer. Can I use Bandoo as well?
   
   A: If you have SweetIM installed on your computer, you will have to uninstall it in order to install Bandoo.

   To do this, follow these steps:

   1. Close the Messenger application.
   2. Uninstall SweetIM (Start --> Control Panel --> Add or Remove Programs).
   3. Click on 'MacroGaming SweetIM' and on the 'Change/Remove' button.

   After uninstalling 'SweetIM' you must also remove the application from the startup, to complete the process do the following steps:

   1. Click on Start --> Run
   2. In the Open field type in 'msconfig'.
   3. A 'System Configuration Utility' window will open. Click on the 'Startup' tab.
   4. Uncheck the box next to the 'MacroGaming SweetIM' and click on 'OK'.
   5. Restart your computer.

   Install the latest version of Bandoo from http://www.bandoo.com

4. Q: Why don't my friends see the Bandoo emoticons when I send it to them?
   
   A: In order for you to be able to see Bandoo animations, you must install Bandoo on your computer.

   If you are using Bandoo and instant messaging someone that is not a Bandoo user, that person will be notified to install Bandoo, in order to see the Bandoo animation as well.

5. Q: How do I disable the explicit content on Bandoo?
   
   A: In order to disable the Bandoo explicit content from appearing on your Messenger, please follow these steps:
   1. Open MSN/Yahoo Messenger.
   2. In the chat window, click on the Bandoo logo
   3. Click on 'Settings'.
   4. Check the 'Mask explicit content' option.
6. Q: I don't always want to use Bandoo emoticons when chatting on the Messenger. How can I disable the Bandoo shortcuts?
   
   A: Once you install Bandoo your Messenger will use the Bandoo emoticons as the default shortcuts. To disable the Bandoo emoticons from appearing automatically and setting back to your Messenger shortcuts, please do the following:
   1. Open MSN/Yahoo Messenger.
   2. In the chat window, click on the Bandoo logo
   3. Click on 'Settings'.
   4. Un-check the 'Enable shortcuts window' option.
      Note: If you do not want to disable the automatic Bandoo shortcuts, but use the Messenger emoticon when typing an Instant Message. Simply press the 'ESC' button on your keyboard.
7. Q: Is Bandoo a free application and can I get a virus from using it?
   
   A: Bandoo is completely free, and Bandoo is 100% clean of Adware, Spyware, Pop-Ups and Trojans.

   Bandoo works with MSN Messenger and Yahoo Messenger, supports Flash and an amazing collection of animations. The actual Bandoo software does not cost any money to download.

8. Q: Where can I get a quick guide to use Bandoo?
   
   A: The following steps are basic instructions on getting started with Bandoo:
   1. Install Bandoo from the Bandoo website, located at: http://www.bandoo.com
   2. Open MSN/Yahoo Messenger.
   3. Click on the friend you want to chat to open the chat window.
   4. Notice there is a Bandoo Toolbar with Emoticons, Winks and other cool features.
   5. Click on the different Bandoo feature buttons to send your friends:
   1. Bandoo Emoticons - Animated icons such as smileys, weather icons, sport icons and more.
   2. Bandoo Text Emoticons- Tons of cool text icons.
   3. Bandoo Winks- Cartoon animations from subjects like sports, moods and more.
   4. Bandoo Nudges- Alerts the other person by moving the chat window in different directions.
   5. Bandoo User Pictures- Changes your Messenger display picture.

   Note: The person you are chatting with must also have Bandoo in order to see the animations.

9. Q: I don't have Bandoo installed on my computer. How can I know what emoticon was sent by the emoticon number?
   
   A: When receiving a Bandoo animation from someone while not having Bandoo installed on your computer, you will receive a link to Bandoo with the animation number.

   For example, if someone sent you the 'OK' emoticon you will get:

   I just sent you a Bandoo Emoticon. To view click http://www.bandoo.com/m15909 (65.4,15909,0).

   You can also view the Bandoo animation by using the code number of that animation. To do this, please follow these steps:

   1. Copy the number after the first comma of the animation code. For example if you received the animation 65.4,15909,0 copy 15909.
   2. Open your internet browser.
   3. In the address field type: www.bandoo.com/m{#}. For the above example you would type: http://www.bandoo.com/m15909.
   4. A Bandoo page will open and you will then see the Bandoo animation in the Instant Message window.
10. Q: Can I add more Bandoo emoticons?
    
    A: In Bandoo there is no option to add or remove winks to the available catalog.

    However, we constantly add more winks and emoticons.

11. Q: What are the system requirements to use Bandoo?
    
    A: The current Bandoo version supports Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Vista and Win7 (32bit and 64bit).

    Support for older and upcoming Windows operating systems and support for Mac and Linux versions are on our roadmap and we intend to make these available later this year.

12. Q: Does Bandoo come in other languages besides English?
    
    A: The current Bandoo was only released in English.
